- Finishing Hops – Hersbrucker 15g
- Beer Yeast Nutrient
- Dry Enzyme
Brewing Instructions
- Pour fresh wort from the bladder into a clean and sanitised fermenter
- Add 5 litres of water to bring volume to 20 litres.
- Aerate, pitch Mangrove Jack’s M54 California Lager yeast, Yeast Nutrient and Dry Enzyme
- Add Hersbrucker finishing hops on day 7.
