Brewing Additions
- Mangrove Jack’s Craft Series M66 Hop Head Ale Yeast
- Finishing Hops – Galaxy Hops 50g, Citra 50g
- Beer Yeast Nutrient
Brewing Instructions
- Pour fresh wort from the bladder into a clean and sanitised fermenter
- Add 5 litres of water to bring volume to 20 litres.
- Mangrove Jack’s M66 Hophead Ale yeast and Yeast Nutrient.
- Dry hop with 50g Galaxy and 50g of Citra finishing hops on day 7
- Once fermentation is complete, bottle condition or keg.
