Campden Tablets x 100

For sanitising fruit must: crush and dose one per 4.5L, mix thoroughly and stand in open container for 24hrs before pitching yeast.

To preserve wines/ciders: crush and dose one to two per 4.5L prior to bottling and mix thoroughly.

For preserving wines/ciders, it's recommended to use with potassium sorbate.
